Welcome Candlelit Dinner
Wake up to the fresh Caribbean air. You may hear the amazing sound of howler monkeys in the jungle. Enjoy some delicious spiritual awakening yoga. Open your hips and heart, make love to your body with your breath in our meditation and gentle yin yoga practice.
Eat a healthy and DELICIOUS breakfast at our family table while we discuss the importance of self-care for black women. Share your own personal self-care journey and your intentions.
Make a delicious chocolate body scrub from organic chocolate.
Ride your bicycle down the one jungle road, like a local, to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Slather your body in a chocolate scrub, rinse off in the ocean, read a book and eat a picnic lunch while bathing in the sunshine.
Relax time at the jungle home.
Come home for a candlelit Dinner and space to share whatever you feel.
Indulge in a tea lit restorative meditation and yin yoga class. This gentle yoga class allows the body and mind to decompress.
Go to bed early relaxed and exhausted in the most delicious way.
Wake up with gratitude. Move your body with mindfulness in this rejuvenating yin yoga class. to connect with self. Give your body and mind a rest with the benefits of meditation and gentle yin yoga.
Medicinal plant tour led by a local medicine man. Delicious plant based breakfast will be packed for you. You will visit a local medicinal plant garden to learn about the indigenous natural treatments and healing powers of the plants, trees, roots, leafs, barks etc. You will also engage in the ancestral organic process here in Costa Rica. You will sample up tp 5 different chocolate flavors. You will attend a small lecture on medicinal plants and their use by a local indigenous family.
A mini hike through the rainforest which will lead you to the waterfall. You will observe the tropical flora and have the opportunity to see red frogs and maybe other inhabitants while you relax and enjoy a refreshing swim in the natural waterfall. There we will set up a picnic lunch and settle in to relax and take in the sights, sounds and majestic beauty of the waterfalls.

Come home to a Candle Lit Dinner
Gentle yin yoga for deep release in the connective tissues. Enjoy the sweet surrender of connecting with your breath.
Go to Bed early at peace and relaxed.
Wake up in peace. Indulge in a delicious moving meditation, while releasing tension from your body with gentle yin yoga.
Eat a healthy and nourishing breakfast while discussing spirituality.
Relaxing Massage at the Spa. You will receive a relaxing massage at the pure jungle spa.
Head to Manzanillo Town/Beach for a nature hike. Manzanillo is one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful beaches. You’ll be able to take photos of the stunning look out point and explore the small town in the Caribbean. Lunch will take place on the beach. Soak in the sun and journal or take a nap in nature.

Candlelit Dinner. Gather around our family table and share our favorite poems/essays written by black women.
Drink some delicious herbal tea while journeying into self with a tea lit women’s circle for space to share whatever you feel.
Go to bed early feeling restored.
Wake up feeling rejuvenated. Enjoy a deep mindful meditation and soft restoring yin yoga to ease the mind and send love to the heart.
Indulge in a delicious farewell breakfast, while discussing and learning the tremendous benefits of practicing meditation and yoga in your daily life. Make a commitment to prioritize yourself through self-care.
